About

SpectraColor (formerly known as “City”) is a Connecticut-based band known for their original rock, pop, and country compositions written by the band’s vocalist and rhythm guitarist, Frank DeFelice.

Lead guitarist Bill Suchecki brings the tasty riffs, licks, and fills that are the hallmark of the band’s sound; while bassist Anthony Gentile skillfully lays down the plush bass lines, that glide effortlessly on drummer Rick Ricciardelli’s crisp and limitless beats. The band’s keyboards are expertly handled by multi-talented musician, Frederick Anastasio.

The band’s danceable anthem “Protest” is sure to be a mainstay at clubs and colleges across the globe; and their “can’t-keep-it-below-70-MPH” song “Stars in the Sky” makes every road-trip seem shorter.

SpectraColor’s musical range is on full display during their love and heartbreak songs “Sweet Elaine” and “The Hurtin”, and their up-tempo country ballad “November 29th, 1973” is a favorite of kids of all ages.

From their raw opening track “Little Girl from South of L.A.” to their powerful instrumental “Ou-Beige”, SpectraColor’s music and lyrics are truly timeless and unforgettable.
